GB Kits operate a no-hassle cancellation/returns policy.

Please mention your order number in any correspondence.
All returns must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the delivered items.
Any returned goods must be unused and have all the tags attached and in their original condition. If the items have been worn and any tags removed etc you will lose your right to return the goods.
Personalised garments with any printing or embroidery cannot be returned as they are made to order and totally bespoke.
In the instance that your order is faulty (either supplied incorrectly, or faulty) we will organise the return of the item for you.
We will not reimburse the shipping cost for returning orders which are not faulty or supplied correctly as per your order, however, you will still be entitled to a full refund on these item/s. Customers are responsible for paying and arranging their own return of items and we recommend you use a tracking service.
Upon receipt of any returns, you will be refunded using the same method of payment within 2-3 working days. This payment may arrive within 5 business days depending upon the merchant.
