Which couriers are used by GB Kits?


For more than five years GB Kits have relied upon FedEx to deliver any packages weighing more than 2 kilograms.

FedEx deliveries are next day (Mon-Fri) and occur between 9am and 7pm.

A tracking number is provided via email so that you can monitor the progress of delivery once dispatched.

Royal Mail

GB Kits use royal mail 1st class for any packages which weigh less than 2 kilograms and based on size of the packaging.

How long does delivery take?

If items are in stock and do not need to be personalised, they are dispatched within 1 working day and usually take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered from placing the order.

Items which are not in stock but available with the manufacturer will be dispatched within approx. 10 working days and will take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered from placing the order.

Items which require any personalisation such as embroidered badge, printed logos can take up to 28 days for delivery.

Upon placing your order – we will contact you within 2 business days if there are any additional delays to the timeframes mentioned above. If this is the case, you will be given the option to cancel the order or to continue with a back order if required.

You will receive an automated email once the order has been dispatched.

Do you Export?

Unfortunately, at present, we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer any services to Europe or the rest of the World.

How much does delivery cost?

The price of the delivery is based up on the weight of the items.

Prices start from £4 up to £8.

Free delivery to mainland UK is provided for all orders over £150.

Do I receive a printed delivery note?

As part of our Green Policy, we aim to reduce the amount of paper being used. Therefore, no printed delivery notes are included within the packaging. If you require a packaging note – we can email to you upon request.

What should I do if the package is lost or damaged?

GB Kits shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, missing items or damage to an order, unless notified to us by email ( or written notice to Unit 51, Mantra House, South Street, Keighley, BD21 1SX within 7 working days of delivery of the Consignment.

Once we have been informed within the timeframe mentioned above, we will complete an investigation within our own department, our suppliers, and couriers.

You will be notified if a replacement or refund has been sent upon completion of the investigation.
