GB Kits can arrange with the finance department of schools, colleges and universities for a 28-day credit account. Orders are only processed with a Purchase Order Number.
Credit facilities may be agreed with grass roots sports clubs based upon their purchasing history with GB Kits.
The credit facility may be terminated if you do not pay within the 28 days and additional charges may be applied in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Please ensure you wash your garments inside out and at no more than 30 degrees to protect the custom print etc.
Do not iron the printed numbers/names/initials/logos.
Follow the guidance provided in the garment instructions.
After use, avoid leaving the kit folded together whilst damp or soiled. Once cleaned, rinse thoroughly and hang to dry.
Wash dark colours separately to whites.
Do not use fabric softeners as this will affect the custom printing.
Avoid using tumble dryers.
GB Kits Ltd will not accept any responsibility for damage to garments or custom printing if you do not follow all the above instructions.
GB Kits have a direct trade account with the following suppliers: Joma, Umbro, Hummel, Macron, Errea, Surridge, Kappa, Samba Sports and Precision. We also have trade accounts for nonbranded garments suitable for leisure or work wear.
We don’t rely upon any third parties.
Due to shipping cost and weight we only supply to UK mainland addresses. We can supply to Northern Ireland but additional shipping costs may apply.
Online club shops are available to any UK based sports teams / organisations or any schools, colleges and universities.
It is FREE to set up a club shop and it will be allocated a dedicated member of staff to manage the page and to support with any enquiries.

There is no minimum order for club shop items; however, we don’t fully stock all of the items and as they are personalised and bespoke, the orders can take up to 28 days for delivery.
A QR code can be provided for your website or other methods of communication.
The benefits of the club shop are that players, parents and staff can order directly with no requirements for you to hold onto any stock.
Most suppliers are now reducing their printed brochures in accordance with their environmental policies. Upon request, we can send you a link to an electronic version or send a pdf version depending upon file size. These can be selected in the dedicated brochure section on our site.
